2010-08-30 - Best gadget I have ever used
Rating:

I was given the magic bullet complete set as a gift almost two years ago. I use it for mainly coffee blended frappaccinos and fruit smoothies for the kids, and I use it anywhere from five to ten times per day. The size and easy cleanup are perfect. As long as you follow the suggestions of the website and use crushed ice instead of cubes, it does not heat up or burn out.I purchased one for my mother who uses it to chop anything and everything. She loves it and has no trouble for the year that she has had it. I am going to buy another one for my son and his family as a gift.
I just cannot say enough good things about it.

I have been using the bullet daily to make 2 protein shakes for almost 2 years. Works great, just bought my husband one to use at work. So much easier than a traditional blender. Cleans up fast, stores easily in the cupboard, I LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE this product, I don't understand how people don't rate it a 5 star. It rocks.

I received this for Mother's Day three years ago. I had been whining that my blender was not making baby food fine enough. I was pleasantly surprised at the Magic Bullet. Not only did it make quick work of homemade babyfood, but it also would grind brown rice into a powder for making rice cereal. After seeing that, I thought, "I wonder if I can grind wheat in this thing?" It grinds wheat just as well as my Magic Mill! It is actually great for small quantities of wheat. You can crack wheat in it by just pulsing a little, or mill it into a nice flour for waffles. I wouldn't do large batches for bread in it because it would take a while. But dried corn turns into a lovely cornmeal in this small, compact machine.
Another thing I use my Magic Bullet for is onions. My family does not like onions in their food, so sneaky Mom here grinds them into a soup before adding them so we have all of the flavor and none of the texture.
Magic Bullet is a life saver in our kitchen. I use the individual mugs to make sorbet desserts by grinding frozen berries with a splash of skim milk and a little Splenda.
I probably use the Magic Bullet 5x/week. It runs just as well as the day I received it. At a price of $65 I would have given this thing a year, but third year and still going strong. I read many reviews saying that it gave out after x-years of using it. If you are looking for something to last a lifetime, buy a VitaMix. If you are looking to grind huge batches, I recommend the same. If you are looking for a space-saver/time-saver that is easy to clean up and is relatively inexpensive, the Magic Bullet is a great product!

It seemed like no time after I had ordered my magic bullet set than it arrived. This is the third set I've ordered (one was a gift). It is easy to use, cleans up easily, and does a great job of juicing.
