Purchase Items Online
Before you purchase items from us, you need to decide whether you want to use our UPS Ground
shipping method or your shipping account/trucking company.
If you prefer to use our UPS Ground shipping method,
please click on the Black Add to Cart button. In this case, you will see the shipping fee for
your order when you check out.
To use your shipping account or trucking company, please click
on the Green Add to Cart button. In this case, you will not be charged for shipping fee at check
out. We will contact you for shipping information.

Minimum Order
There is no minimum dollar on an order, but minimum order of 1 case is
required.
Out of Stock
If the item you order is out of stock, we will contact you immediately.
Payment Methods
All prices on our web site are in U.S. dollars. We accept VISA, MaterCard,
Cashiers Check, or Money Order. VISA and MasterCard can be processed online.
If you decide to pay via Cashiers Check or Money Order, please contact us.
Sales Tax
Sales tax will be charged for orders shipped within the state of California if you don’t have the
California Seller’s Permit. If you are a new customer and have the
California Seller’s Permit, please contact us.

Shipping
Shipping Options
We use UPS Ground to ship your order. We can also use your shipping account or trucking company
if you have one.
If you choose to use your shipping account or trucking company, please
purchase items with Green Add to Cart button and enter “prefer to use my own shipping account”
at Comments/Special Delivery Instructions section when you check out. We will contact you
after receiving your order.

Shipping Fees
If you decide to use our UPS Ground shipping method, fees are determined via UPS real time shipping
calculator. UPS shipping calculator is based on the total weights of your order. You will
see the UPS Ground fee for your order before you check out.
Order Processing Time
Your order will be ready to ship in 1 to 2 business days.
If you choose our UPS Ground shipping method, you will receive a tracking number once your order
leaves our warehouse.
If you choose to use your shipping account or trucking company, we will contact you when your order
is ready to pick up – usually 1 to 2 business days.
Shipping Time
If you use our UPS Ground shipping method, your order will arrive in 1 to 7 business days
depend on your location.
If you use your shipping account or trucking company to deliver, you will have to contact your
shipping company on the estimated shipping time.
Delivery Time
Please note that shipping time does not include the process time. Therefore, the total delivery time
for your order will be about 2 to 9 business days depend on your zip code if you choose to use our
UPS Ground shipping method.
Damage during Shipping
We will replace any damaged items during the shipment, if you use our UPS Ground shipping method.
If you use your shipping account or trucking company, you will need to contact your carriers.

Returning
Defective Items
We will replace any defective items. Please contact us if you receive defective items.
Non-Defective Items
Items are sold in wholesale prices and can not be returned for refund or to exchange for different items.
